How it works?

Set a minimum spend

Decide on a minimum set spend amount that customers need to reach in order to earn Rywards points. For example, you may choose a minimum spend of £25 for per point

Scan customer QR code

When a customer meets the minimum spend at your outlet, and after billing use the Rywards Merchant App to scan their unique QR code to send Rywards points

Enter the bill amount

Enter the amount of the customer's bill into the app, which will automatically calculate the number of Rywards points they have earned based on your set spend amount

Send Rywards points

Send Rywards points to the customer's account by clicking the "send" button in the app. Customers can redeem points for gift cards of registered outlets like you or brands

How and when do I send Rywards points to my customers?

When do I need to pay for the Rywards points that I have awarded to my customers, and how can I make the payment?

You should pay for the Rywards points that you have awarded to your customers at the end of each day. This helps you keep track of your expenses and ensures that your customers receive their rewards in a timely manner. You can make the payment through the Rywards Merchant App, which provides a secure and convenient way to pay for your rewards program.

Do i need to buy a new device to use use Rywards Merchant?

You don't have to go through the hassle of buying a new device to start using Rywards Merchant. Simply download the Rywards Merchant App onto your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet, and you're good to go. There's no need to use a separate device or a POS system when utilizing Rywards - it's all right there on your own device.

Is there any other fee I have to pay upfront or apart from per point point fee?

No, for a limited time and new merchants we are not charging any upfront fees or onboarding fees. You will only pay the per-point fee, and that's only when your customers spend the minimum amount that you have set. So you can rest easy knowing that there won't be any hidden fees or charges to worry about.

Do I have to follow any term contract while using Rywards Merchant?

No, for a limited time and new merchants we have waived any term contract requirements. You won't have to commit to a 6-month or 1-year contract or anything similar. This means you can use Rywards Merchant without worrying about any long-term commitments as of now, allowing you to focus on growing your business and satisfying your customers.

When do I have to pay the per point fee?

First you will decide a minimum / set amount you want your customer to spend at your outlet. When they spend that threshold you send them 1 rywards point from the Rywards Merchant App for per minimum / set amount. Every day you settle your daily outstanding outstanding balance at the tim time of closing and pay the total from the app.
